Warranty
: Standard Hardware Warranty
All hardware we sell is warranted to be in good working
order and to remain in good working order for its Warranty
Period. Any part found to be defective, will be replaced
at no charge as set forth in the warranty procedures.
Warranty Period :
The Warranty Period for all hardware will range from thirty
days to three years.
Each item we have for sale on this web site has the Warranty
Period is listed on the page where it is for sale. Additionally,
the warranty period will be specified on the invoice or
agreement for sale. If no warranty period is specified,
the warranty period will be thirty days from the date
of delivery. If you have any questions regarding the Warranty
Period of an item, please contact Michael Hankerson.
Warranty procedures :
All hardware we sell, unless otherwise specified, is bar-coded.
This bar-code contains a part number and a unique serial
number. We record this number prior to shipping.
If any part fails during the Warranty Period, you need
to call, fax, or e-mail us the serial number of the failing
part no later than two business days after expiration
of the Warranty Period.
The warranty on every product is either through Delta
Marketing Group, Inc., or directly through the manufacturer.
Who the warranty is through will be specified on the page
where it is listed for sale.
The defective or failed part must be returned to Delta
Marketing Group, Inc. or the Manufacturer according to
their respective policies. If the warranty is through
Delta Marketing Group, Inc, the defective part must be
returned within 5 business days. The serial number must
match the serial number of the original part we shipped
you. The part must be received with NO signs of physical
damage, including shipping damage, misuse or consumer
abuse. If a part is not returned, returned but the serial
number does not match, the serial number has been removed,
or the serial number has been tampered with, or if the
part is returned damaged, you agree to pay our current
price for the part. Failure to pay this charge will void
all warranties.
We will pay to ship the warranted part to you by the same
method as we originally shipped you the equipment. You
can give us your Federal Express account number if you
need the equipment overnight. You must return the failed
or defective part to us at your expense.
Exclusions :
Our Warranty Period does not include theft, or any physical
damage including damage due to shipping, lightning, fire,
flood, other acts of nature, and acts of war or terrorism.
Warranties are only available within the US and Canada.

on how we may help you.
An “on-Site” technician is not included in our Warranty.
If you need this assistance, it is recommended you purchase
a Maintenance Contract. We do not offer any warranty or
technical support for software.
Additional Terms:
The obligations contained in this warranty are expressly
in lieu of any other obligation, guarantee or warranty,
express or implied, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or
any warranty of non-infringement of trademark, copyright
or patent rights. Seller shall not be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages , or for any loss or expense
arising from the use or the inability to use the equipment
for any purpose whatsoever. In any event, Seller’s liability
shall not exceed the purchase price for the failed or
defective item of the Equipment.
In the event there is any claim arising out of the warranty
provided herein, you agree as follows:
(i) The terms of the warranty shall be construed according
to the laws of the state of Arizona,
(ii) Any legal action shall be brought and enforced in
state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona,
and
(iii) The party prevailing in any legal action shall be
entitled to reimbursement of its attorneys’ fees and court
costs, in addition to any other rights or remedies to
which it may be entitled.
