1. Q.: Is the computer hardware on this
web site new?
A.: Yes, this web site ONLY SELLS NEW
computer hardware in the Manufacturer's Original
Retail Box.
2. Q.: What is NEW computer hardware in the Manufacturer's
Original Retail Box? A.: This
term may be a bit confusing
since different vendors may have different opinions
of
what they consider new. Here are our definitions
for four types of computer
hardware:
1. "NEW computer hardware in the Manufacturer's
Original Retail Box":
i. In the original Manufacturer's Retail Box
ii. The
serial number on the product matches the serial number
on the outside of
the box. (If the manufacturer packages
the product that way. Sun Microsystems
does)
iii. The
product has never been put into a production environment.
iv. The product either comes with the original manufacturers
warranty or a
warranty through Delta Marketing Group
Inc. (See the product page for
warranty information)
v. THIS IS THE ONLY TYPE OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE
ON THIS WEB SITE.
2. "NEW Pulls":
i. The product was removed
from a new server or workstation.
ii. The product has
never been put into a production environment.
iii. The
product may or may not be in a manufacturers box. If
it is, the serial
number of the product probably will
not match the number on the box.
iv. Since there is
NO WAY to verify a product is a "New Pull". We only
buy new
pulls from companies that only sell new servers
& workstations. We know of
several vendors who will
lie to you and say their product is a "New Pull" when
it
is actually refurbished. We will not lie to you even
if it is what you want to hear.
We would rather lose
the sale and have a clear conscience.
v. The product
comes with a warranty through Delta Marketing Group
Inc.
vi. "New Pulls"‚ ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON
THIS WEB SITE.

3. "Refurbished computer hardware":
i. The product has been put into a production environment.
ii. The product is properly tested and has been verified
to be in good working
order.
iii. The product comes
with a warranty through Delta Marketing Group Inc.
iv. "Refurbished computer hardware" IS NOT AVAILABLE
FOR SALE ON THIS
WEB SITE. Please call for
pricing and availability of these products.
4. "Used or Surplus computer hardware":
i. The product has been put into a production environment.
ii. The product has not been properly tested. (The companies
or individuals who
sell Used or Surplus hardware do
not have the tools and equipment to
properly test the
equipment they sell)
iii. This type of equipment is
usually available through Asset Recovery Companies
or
On-Line auctions
iv. The product comes with a "Non DOA"
or "7-Day" warranty, but YOU need to test
it to figure
out if it works or not.
v. "Used or Surplus computer hardware" IS NOT
AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THIS
WEB SITE. Delta
Marketing Group Inc, NEVER sells this type of product.
3. Q.: How can we purchase the computer hardware on
this site?
A.: You can buy it directly from this web site using
Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and Diners
Club. Please note that this web site will only process
orders
within the USA and will only process orders
where the ship to address and the bill to
address are exactly the same.
